The b-trend Academy in Berlin offers training and continuing education for the events and media industries. The WordPress website I created was designed to clearly present this course offerings and make administration as straightforward as possible.
Presenting complex courses with extensive additional information in a clear and organized manner
The core of the website is the course catalog, which displays a sorted overview of all courses by category. The courses are sorted based on various factors and linked to funding opportunities. The challenge here was to create a clear presentation using accordions, linking to other content such as funding opportunities and individual registration options via forms. All this information had to be easily accessible via customized forms in the admin panel. I developed a custom solution with ACF for this and added dynamic contact forms for every course.
Inquiries are automatically routed through a CRM, and up-to-date information is provided for students
The custom forms on each course page, as well as other contact inquiries, are linked to a CRM. This allows the academy to easily process all inquiries received through the website. In addition, the website features various other content types to display the latest news, rental listings, and job openings. Custom templates and forms have been developed for all of these content types.
Support for print materials and trade shows included
I also produced print materials such as flyers and promotional materials for trade shows for the b-trend Academy.
